It back on and it was working fine. So fine that I didn't even receive the error message about overclocking, the computer just simply booted. Since then I've restarted my computer like 1-2 times for various reasons and the error did not come back. The strange thing about this: I didn't run GTAIV or any other app that makes excessive use of my GPU since I first fixed the error yesterday. I figured whatever app/game made changes to the settings might have modified it in Catalyst as well. So I launched Catalyst and restored the factory settings. It appears to be working fine now, but then again it did so too yesterday. You're right S3cS3arch3r, I might have to take a look at my drivers cuz this is a computer I didn't use for about 10 months cuz I was abroad. Maybe it's a little out of date. (Actually, so out of date that it still has WinXP as its main OS. )I'll wait and see now if the error reproduces itself again tomorrow or later. You probably missed a lot of other critical KB's as well.Happy 'puting!\0/-SecEDIT: the link
