My Grandpa Hugh Dingess is the man in the top right of the picture sort of sitting on the scoop. I have no idea who anyone else is in the picture. I thought I would share to see if some of these men's families might know whom they are, or a chance some of the men are still living. My Grandpa passed away in 1982 from heart attacks brought on by Black Lung.
