The CAEN Software has been copyrighted by CAEN S.p.A. with registered office in Via Vetraia, 11 – 55049 – Viareggio (LU) – ITALY (hereinafter also “CAEN”). CAEN hereby authorizes the end user (hereinafter also the “End User”) to use the CAEN Software within the context of the following licensing conditions, whereas this EULA represents a binding agreement between the End User and CAEN.
