Process. Our site shows real time inventory so you can always see the most accurate availability for products. Backorders Items that are available to backorder will be indicated with an orange outline on the selection box along with a message indicating when the item is expected to be available to ship. By placing an order for one of these items, you are reserving the item from our next available shipment. Backorder dates are estimated and are subject to change. Dropshipped Items These items are sold by Running Warehouse and shipped directly to you from the manufacturer. Dropships are noted at the top of the ordering section and in the shopping cart. The availability of these items is confirmed with the manufacturer regularly to ensure that we are only offering products that are in stock at their warehouse and ready to ship. Should there be a stock issue with a dropshipped item, you will be contacted for your preference on how to proceed. Warranties & Defects All of the items we sell are covered under any applicable vendor warranties offered by the manufacturer. Please contact us about return procedures for any product you deem to be defective. All defective merchandise is subject to inspection to determine if the issue is a result of a manufacturer's defect, normal wear and tear, or misuse.
