Two times already. Support is very long to answer. They ask me questions I dont know how to do even after I explained them multiple times - I AM NEW TO THIS. So I would say - support is NOT SUPPORTIVE AT ALL. I send them all screenshots, they ask me to send it in text format. Whaaat??? Can you just use the screenshot to take all text from there??? Do I have to waste my time and copy paste texts from screenshot to you??? Stop wasting people's time and do a good support!!! But about scam - this IS NOT A SCAM 100%. The halving is soon and I dont know how this going to affect my investments, but this whole data center IS NOT a SCAM. They are just lame support and dont care about customers...UPDATE:Support is still trash if you use it from the website chat, but support through Telegram is very responsive. If not, why have I been removed from mining after investing over £200?
