She was born and raised in India where she completed her medical school. She moved to the US with her husband and joined the Centers for Disease Control to do a fellowship in Public Health Informatics. With her knowledge of medicine and background in public health, she decided to pursue residency and fellowship at Emory University School of medicine to have a broader impact on the community. Dr. Bora has served as the medical director for the psychiatry service for Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta (CHOA). Dr. Bora strongly believes that a healthy mind leads to a healthy body. Her practice focuses on integrating the mind and body to improve physical and emotional wellbeing.
