The Bridge was the command and control center of the USG Ishimura. It was a large, open-plan section of the ship that consisted of several sections; the Atrium, Captain's Nest, Administration and Communications/External Access. Each of these areas are seen extensively during Isaac's travels throughout the ship. The various sections were serviced by elevators accessed from the Atrium. Escape pods were located outside the Captain's Nest. Control stations throughout the bridge were largely holographic based, holographic screens being present throughout. By the time Isaac enters the main atrium, all the displays read "System Failure." It is a wide open area with terminals all along the room's perimeter. Access to the Captain's Nest was provided by a walkway at the front and an elevator provided access to Communications and Mining Administration in the middle of the room.
