AIE refused my request stating I had no grounds for a refund.Unfortunately, my symptoms worsened indicating a possible neurological dysfunction.I contacted AIE on several more occasions. I sent a copy medical specialist referral and requests, thinking they just needed proof. Unfortunately, I was mistaken, they just don't care. Originally the accounts team stated in several emails that I had no grounds for a refund. After I sent the specialist referral, the reply changed from 'no grounds for a refund', to 'no refunds under any circumstances .'Shame on AIE for keeping my money. Only 3 working hours passed between when I gave them my money, and when I informed them of my health issues. Money for nothing.I still don't have a definitive diagnosis. I'm undergoing more tests. It's very stressful, and as I live remotely, its also expensive.I'm saddened and shocked by the lack of compassion and decency shown by this company. .Shame on AIETom M.
